San Diego Therapeutic Horsemanship provides riding and groundwork programs at Driftwood Ranch in South San Diego. Participants receive individual program planning, and horse care and grooming are part of the learning experience. Its Freedom Reigns program focuses on wounded service members, alongside broader therapeutic horsemanship services.

Volunteers can support lessons as horse leaders or side walkers, help with horse care, or contribute fundraising and business-development skills. The volunteer page welcomes inquiries across levels of horse experience, making a conversation with the team the right starting point.
